This is why shitty, over-priced software prevails on the market. People just don't know any better and will accept anything put in front of them by the distribution company they buy their computers from. Google's made some good moves so far with the chrome and android projects so far... but I fear they're going to end up turning into another Verizon or Microsoft all too soon.
